RAIDcard.Then,connectthemini-SASconnector
2tothemini-SASports0-3onthebackplane.
2.Ifyourserverhasmorethanfourharddiskdrivesinstalled,usetheothermini-SAStomini-SAS
signalcable.Connectthemini-SASconnector
3totheport1ontheRAIDcard.Then,connectthe
mini-SASconnector4tothemini-SASports4-7onthebackplane.
IfyouareusingaThinkServerRAID700Adapter,dothefollowing:
1.Useonemini-SAStomini-SASsignalcable.Connectthemini-SASconnector3totheports3-0on
theRAIDcard.Then,connectthemini-SASconnector4tothemini-SASports0-3onthebackplane.
2.Ifyourserverhasmorethanfourharddiskdrivesinstalled,usetheothermini-SAStomini-SASsignal
cable.Connectthemini-SASconnector1totheports7-4ontheRAIDcard.Then,connectthe
mini-SASconnector2tothemini-SASports4-7onthebackplane.
