Ifyouexperienceproblemswithyourcomputer,usethefollowingprocedureasastartingpointforsolving
them.

Ifyourcomputerisnotoperatingproperly,youmaybeabletodiagnosetheproblembyhavingLenovo
ThinkVantageToolboxtestcomponentsofyourcomputer.
Tostartthisprogram,doasfollows:
ForWindows7:
1.ClickStart.
2.MovethepointertoControlPanel,toSystemandSecurity,andthentoLenovo-SystemHealth
andDiagnostics.
ForWindowsVistaandXP:
1.ClickStart.
2.MovethepointertoAllPrograms,toThinkVantage,andthentoLenovoThinkVantageToolbox.
IftheLenovoThinkVantageToolboxisnotinstalledonyourcomputer,goto
http://web.lenovothinkvantagetoolbox.com/,clickDownloadLenovoThinkVantage
Toolbox,andfollowtheinstructionsonthescreen.
Formoreinformationaboutthisprogram,seetheHelpfortheprogram.
Runninganytestsmaytakeuptoseveralminutesorlonger.Makesureyouhavetimetoruntheentiretest;
donotinterruptthetestwhileitisrunning.WhenpreparingtocontacttheCustomerSupportCenter,besure
