Solution:IfyouusetheExtenddesktopfunction,disableit,andchangethedisplayoutputlocation.If
aDVDmovieoravideoclipisplaying,stoptheplayback,closetheapplication,andthenchangethe
displayoutputlocation.
•Problem:IfyouusetheExtenddesktopfunction,youcannotsetahigherresolutionorhigherrefresh
rateonthesecondarydisplay.

•Problem:Thescreenpositionontheexternalmonitorisincorrectwhenthatmonitorissetforahigh
resolution.
Solution:Sometimes,whenyouuseahighresolutionsuchas1600x1200,theimageisshiftedtoleft
orrightonthescreen.Tocorrectthis,rstmakesurethatyourexternalmonitorsupportsthedisplay
mode,thatis,theresolutionandtherefreshrate,thatyouhaveset.Ifitdoesnot,setadisplaymodethat
themonitorsupports.Ifitdoessupportthedisplaymodeyouhaveset,gotothesetupmenuforthe
monitoritselfandadjustthesettingsthere.Usuallytheexternalmonitorhasbuttonsforaccesstothe
