Forasingleclick,tapthedisplayoncewithyournger.Foradoubleclick,tapthedisplaytwicewithout
pausing.Forarightclick,tapthedisplayonceandthenholdyourngeronthedisplayuntilacircularsymbol
appears.Whenyoutakeyourngeroffthedisplay,theright-clickmenuwillopen.
Usingthemultitouchpanel
Onamodelthathasthemultitouchpanelfeature,thetouchpanelsupportsmultitouch,withwhichyoucan
zoomin,zoomout,scroll,orrotateonthescreenwithyourtwongerswhilebrowsingtheInternetor
readingoreditingadocument.
Themultitouchpanelsupportsthecapacitivetouch.Eventheslightestcontactofyourelectron-richnger
withthescreen'sglassisenoughtoactivatethecapacitivesensingsystem.Thisfunctiondoesnotwork
withinanimateobjects,ngernails,glovedngers.Advancedpalm-rejectiontechnologyhelpstoprevent
inadvertentcontactwithapenoranger,whichcoulddisruptngerinput.
Tipsonusingthetouchpanel
•Thetouchpanelisaglasspanelcoveredwithaplasticlm.Forinputyoucanuseeitheryourngerorthe
TabletDigitizerPenshippedwithyourcomputer.Donotuseanypenotherthanthespeciedone,orany
metallicobject,becausetodosomightdamagethetouchpanelorcauseittomalfunction.
•Ifyouputyourcomputerinacarryingcase,putitintonotebookmodeandclosethedisplay.Donot
carryyourcomputerintabletmode.
•Ifyouusebothyournger(ortwongers)andtheTabletDigitizerPensimultaneouslyforinputtothe
screen,onlydataenteredbyuseoftheDigitizerPenwillbeprocessed.
•Withthetouchpanel,graduallyadiscrepancymaystarttoappearbetweenthepointyoutouchwithyour
nger(ortwongers)duringthengerpoint,anditsactualpositiononthescreen.Toavoidthis,regularly
correcttheaccuracyofthengerinputbyuseofthetouchpanelSettingsUtility.
•Ifyourcomputeristhemultitouchmodel,thetouchpanelofyourcomputersupportsmultitouchwith
whichyoucan:
–Pinchtwongerstogetheroraparttozoominoroutonadocument.
–Scrollwindowcontentsbymovingtwongersupanddown,leftandright.
–Touchtwopointsonadigitalphotoandtwisttorotateitjustlikearealphoto.
Cleaningthetouchpaneldisplay
1.Toremovengerprints,etc.,fromthetouchpaneldisplay,useadry,soft,lint-freeclothorapieceof
absorbentcotton.Donotapplysolventstothecloth.
2.Gentlywipeforeignparticlesanddustfromthetouchpanelwithonesideofthecloth.
3.Wipesmudgesorngerprintswiththeothersideofthecloth,orwithacleancloth.
4.Afterusingthecloth,washitwithaneutraldetergent.

Onthedisplaybezelnearthescreenisarowofbuttonswithwhichyoucancontrolyourcomputerin
thetabletmode,withouttheuseofthekeyboard.
