1.FirstuninstalltheThinkPadBluetoothwithEnhancedDataRateSoftware.
a.TurnBluetoothpoweroff.
b.ClickStart➙ControlPanel.
c.ClickAddorRemovePrograms.
d.SelectThinkPadBluetoothwithEnhancedDataRateSoftware;thenclickChange/Removeto
uninstallthesoftware.
e.Followtheinstructionsonthescreen.
2.NextinstalltheMicrosoftBluetoothsoftwareasfollows:
a.TurnBluetoothpoweron.MicrosoftBluetoothsoftwareisloadedautomatically.
b.IftheFoundNewHardwareWizardwindowpopsup,dothefollowing:
1)SelectNo,notthistime,andthenclickNext.
2)SelectInstallfromalistorspeciclocation(Advanced);thenclickNext.
3)SelectSearchforthebestdriverinthoselocations.
4)SelectIncludethislocationinthesearch:,andtypeC:\SWTOOLS\Drivers\MSBTooth,orspecify
thelocationinwhichyouplacedtheextractedINFle.ThenclickNext.

1.PressFn+F5toturntheBluetoothpoweron.
2.ClickStart➙Run.
3.TypeC:\SWTOOLS\Drivers\TPBTooth\Setup.exe(orspecifythefullpathtothesetup.exeleyouhave
downloadedfromhttp://www.lenovo.com/support);thenclickOK.
4.ClickNext.
5.SelectIacceptthetermsinthelicenseagreement;thenclickNext.
6.ClickNexttoselectthedefaultdestinationfolder.
Ifyouneedtochangethedestinationfolder,clickChange,selectorenterthenameofthedestination
folderintheChangecurrentdestinationfolderwindow,andclickOK.
7.ClickInstalltobegininstallation.
8.ClickOKtoacceptthedriversignature.

10.Restartthecomputerifnecessary.
