Toreplacethefrontfanassembly,dothefollowing:
1.Turnoffthecomputeranddisconnectallpowercordsfromelectricaloutlets.
2.Removethecomputercover.See“Removingthecomputercover”onpage32.
3.Removethefrontbezel.See“Removingandreinstallingthefrontbezel”onpage33.
4.Disconnectthefrontfanassemblycablefromthepowerfanconnectoronthesystemboard.See
“Locatingpartsonthesystemboard”onpage12.
5.Releasethetwotabs1thatattachthefrontfanassemblytothechassisasshownandthencompletely
removethefrontfanfromthechassis.
