Display problems
When I turn on the
computer, nothing appears
on
the screen.
•Ifthesc
reenisblank,makesurethat:
‐ TheACpow
eradapterisconnectedtothe
computer,andthepowercordispluggedintoa
workingelectricaloutlet.
‐ Thecom
puterpowerison.Pressthepowerbutton
againforconfirmation.
‐ IfyouareusingtheACpoweradapterorthe
battery,andthebatterystatusindicatorison,press
F12( )tomakethescreenbrighter.
•Ifthe
seitemsaresetcorrectly,andthescreen
remainsblank,havethecomputerserviced.
When I turn on the
computer, only a white
cursor appears on a blank
screen.
•Restorebacked‐upfilestoyourWindows
environmentortheentirecontentsofyourharddisk
toitsoriginalfactorycontentsusingtherecovery
system.Ifyoustillseeonlythecursoronthescreen,
havethecomputerserviced.
My screen goes blank while
the computer is on.
•Yourscreensav

enabled.Dooneofthefollowingtoexitfromthe
screensaverortoresumefromsleepmode:
