Sleep problems
The critical low-battery
error message appears,
and the computer
immediately turns off.

• Makesurethat:

The computer does not
return from sleep mode,
and the computer does
not work.

Ifyourcomputerisinsleepmode,connecttheACpoweradapter
tothecomputer ,thenpressanykeyorthePowerbutton.
• Ifthesystemstilldoesnotreturnfromsleepmode,stops
responding,orcannotbeturnedoff,resetthecomputer.
Unsaveddatamaybelost.Toresetthecomputer,pressand
holdthePowerbuttonforfoursecondsormore.Ifthe
computerisstillnotreset,removetheACpowerad
apter.
Display panel problems
The screen is blank. • Dothefollowing:
