Sound problems
No sound can be heard
from the speaker even
when the volume is

turned up.
• Makesurethat:

‐ Thecomboaudiojackisnotbeingused.
‐ Speakersareselectedastheplaybackdevice.
Battery pack problems
Your computer shuts down
before the battery status
indicator shows empty.
