Your computer does not
respond.
Toturnoffyourcomputer,pressandholdthePowerbutton
forfoursecondsormore.Ifthecomputerstilldoesnot
respond,removetheACpoweradapter.
Yourcomputermightlockwhenitenterssleepmodeduring
acommunicationoperation.Disablethesleeptimerwhen
youareworkingonthenetwork.
The computer does not
start from a device you
want.
SeetheBootmenuoftheBIOSsetuputility.Makesurethat
theBIOSsetuputilityissetsothatthecomputerstartsfrom
thedeviceyouwant.
Alsomakesurethatthedevicefromwhichthecomputer
startsisenabled.Makesurethatthedeviceisincludedinthe
BootmenuintheBIOSsetuputilitycorrectly.
Whileturnedoff,presstheNovobuttontoselectthedevice
youwantthecomputertostartfrom.
The connected external
device does not work.
Donotconnectordisconnectanyexternaldevicecablesother
thanUSBwhilethecomputerpowerison.Otherwise,you
mightdamageyourcomputer.
Whenusinghighpowerconsumptionexternaldevicessuch
asanexternalUSBopticaldiskdrive,useanexternaldevice
poweradapter.Otherwise,thedevicemaynotberecognized,
orthesystemmayshutdownasaresult.
