Replacing the diskette drive
This procedure describes how to remove and replace the diskette drive.
1. Open the computer cover. See “Opening the cover” on page 154.
2. Pivot the drive-bay-assembly upward to gain access to the diskette drive.
3. Press the diskette-drive lock 1 at the side of the drive.
4. Slide the diskette drive 1up and out of the drive bay assembly.
