Toreplacetheharddiskdrivefanassembly,dothefollowing:
1.Turnoffthecomputeranddisconnectallpowercordsfromelectricaloutlets.

3.Disconnecttheharddiskdrivefanassemblycablefromthesystemboard.See“Locatingpartsonthe

4.Removeanypartsthatmightpreventyouraccesstotheharddiskdrivefanassembly.Dependingon
yourcomputermodel,youmightneedtoremovethePCIExpressx16graphicscardforeasieraccessto
