throughBluetooth,aPIMitemsentfromWindows7operatingsystemmightbesavedasalewith

Problem:Thepointerdriftswhenthecomputeristurnedonorafteritresumesnormaloperation.

operation.ThisisanormalcharacteristicoftheTrackPointpointingdeviceandisnotadefect.Pointer

driftingmightoccurforseveralsecondsunderthefollowingconditions:

•Whenthecomputeristurnedon

•Whenthecomputerresumesnormaloperation

•WhentheTrackPointpointingdeviceispressedforalongtime

•Whenthetemperaturechanges

Problem:TheTrackPointpointingdeviceortouchpaddoesnotwork.

Solution:MakesurethattheTrackPointpointingdeviceortouchpadisenabledintheUltraNavDevice

Settingwindow.

Note:ToopentheUltraNavDeviceSettingwindow,ClickStart➙ControlPanel➙HardwareandSound

➙Mouse,andthenclicktheUltraNavtab.

Keyboardproblems

•Problem:Allorsomekeysonthekeyboarddonotwork.

Solution:Makesurethatthecorrectdevicedriverisinstalled.

1.ClickStart➙ControlPanel.ChangetheviewoftheControlPanelfromCategorytoLargeicons

orSmallicons.

2.ClickKeyboard.

3.SelecttheHardwaretab.IntheDevicePropertiessection,makesurethattheDeviceStatusisThis

deviceisworkingproperly.

Ifkeysonthekeyboardstilldonotwork,havethecomputerserviced.
