EachdevicehasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevicepursuantto
FCCPart15SubpartB.Referto“Electronicemissionnotices”onpage25.
WhenyouuseawirelessLANmoduleinthe802.11a/ntransmissionmode,notethathighpowerradarsare
allocatedasprimaryusersofthe5250to5350MHzand5650to5850MHzbands.Theseradarstationscan
causeinterferencewithand/ordamagethisdevice.
SimultaneoususeofRFtransmitters
YourcomputerisapprovedforsimultaneoususeofoneoftheapprovedwirelessLANmodules.Foralistof
thosetransmitters,referto“Approvedwirelessdevices”onpage24.
MakesureofthefollowingconditionswhenyouuseanyotherexternalRFoptiondevice:
1.WhenyouuseanyotherRFoptiondevice,youarerequestedtoconfirmthatthedeviceconformstothe
RFSafetyrequirementandisapprovedtouseforyourcomputer.
2.Y oumustfollowtheRFSafetyinstructionsoftheRFoptiondevicethatareincludedintheusermanual
oftheRFoptiondevice.
3.IftheRFoptiondeviceisprohibitedtouseinconjunctionwithanothertransmitters,youmustturn
offallotherwirelessfeaturesinyourcomputer.
