2. In Username and Password, enter the existing user name and password.
3. In Change Password, enter the following:
a. Password: The password should be between 8 and 12 characters and spaces are not allowed.
b. Confirm Password: If the text in this field does not match with the text in the Password field,
then an error is displayed.
4. Click Login. The Change Password pop-up is displayed.
5. Click OK. You will automatically log on to the application using the new password.
3.3 Disabling the Security
When you disable security, all the defined users will be deleted. If you are using other features on your
NAS device that require security, you cannot disable security until those features are also disabled.
 To disable the security, perform the following:
1. Click the Off switch. The Disable Security pop-up is displayed.
2. Select the Check the box to disable security option.
3. Click Apply to save your changes.
After you save your changes, security is disabled.
