In case of multiple license upgrades, what will be the total number of cameras
supported?
Answer:
In case of permanent license upgrade, total number of cameras will be cumulative count of all cameras
added during all previous upgrades, including the current one.
In case of a demo license, total number cameras will correspond to the highest number of cameras
activated.
What will happen to the license details, if I modify the e-mail ID at the device end?
Answer:
All communications will be sent to the last updated e-mail ID. You must re-register at
www.securemind.mindtree.com with the updated e-mail ID to access the license details.
What will happen if I remember the activation code of the previous upgrade and
the not current upgrade?
Answer:
If the device has internet connection, when you enter the activation code of the previous upgrade, the
response from server will automatically indicate the latest activation code. The device will get activated
according to the latest upgrade request.
If the device is not connected on the internet, then you can verify the license and activation code details
from www.securemind.mindtree.com.
Note: It is recommended to register at www.securemind.mindtree.com as soon as you get the
license keys activated in the NAS device for the first time.
I have lost the paper license key and not saved activation code?
Answer:
You must provide MAC address and e-mail details to the Mindtree support team. Mindtree support team
will share the activation code details.
Alternatively, you can verify the license details and activation code at www.securemind.mindtree.com
(My Account > License details).
Note: You must register on the Web site to access this information.
