Toreplacethepowersupply,dothefollowing:
1.Removethecomputercoverandthenlaythecomputeronitsside.See“Removingthecover”on
page78.
2.Locatethepowersupplyassembly.See“Locations”onpage79.
3.Disconnectthepowersupplycablesfromthesystemboardconnectors.Disconnectthepowersupply
cablesfromalladaptercards(somemodels)andfromalldrives.
4.Removethepowersupplycablesfromthecableclipsandties.
5.Removethevescrewsattherearofthechassisthatsecurethepowersupply.
6.Depressthepowersupplylatch1.Slidethepowersupplyassemblytowardthefrontofthecomputer
andremoveitfromthechassis.
