Replacingtheremovablebattery

ThissystemsupportsonlybatteriesspeciallydesignedforthisspecificsystemandmanufacturedbyLenovo
oranauthorizedbuilder.Thesystemdoesnotsupportunauthorizedbatteriesorbatteriesdesignedforother
systems.Ifanunauthorizedbatteryorabatterydesignedforanothersystemisinstalled,thesystemwill
notcharge.
Attention:Lenovohasnoresponsibilityfortheperformanceorsafetyofunauthorizedbatteries,and
providesnowarrantiesforfailuresordamagearisingoutoftheiruse.
Note:Ifanunauthorizedbatteryisinstalled,thefollowingmessagewillbedisplayed:
“Thebatteryinstalledisnotsupportedbythissystemandwillnotcharge.Pleasereplacethebattery
withthecorrectLenovobatteryforthissystem.

Iftherechargeablebatteryisincorrectlyreplaced,thereisdangerofanexplosion.Thebattery
containsasmallamountofharmfulsubstances.Toavoidpossibleinjury:

Keepthebatterypackawayfromfire.
Donotexposeittoexcessiveheat.
Donotexposeittowaterorrain.
Donotshort-circuitit.
Donotdrop,crush,orpuncturethebattery,ormakeitsubjecttostrongforces.Batteryabuseor
mishandlingcancausethebatterytooverheat,whichcancausegassesorflameto“vent”from
thebatterypackorcoin-cellbattery.
