Verifythatthediscyouareusingisnotscratchedordamaged.Tryinsertinganotherdiscthatyouknow
isgood.Ifyoucannotreadfromaknown-gooddisc,youmighthaveaproblemwithyourCDorDVD

securelyconnectedtothedrive.
