Zoom

•Zoomout:Movetwongersclosetogetheronthescreenasifyouarepickingsomethinguptoreduce

theviewofanimageoraWebpage.

•Zoomin:MovetwongersapartonthescreentoenlargetheviewofanimageoraWebpage.

Double-tap

Forsomeapplications,quicklytaptwiceonthescreentozoomin.Double-tapagaintozoomout.

Editing

•Tocutorcopytext,dothefollowing:

1.Touchandholdthewordyouwanttouseuntilthepop-upmenuisdisplayed.

2.TouchSelecttext.Theeditmenuisdisplayedatthetopofthescreen.Theselectedwordis

highlightedandtwoselectiontabsaredisplayedundertheword.

3.Drageitherselectiontabtoexpandorreducetherangeoftheselectedtext.Ifyouwanttoselectall

text,touchSelectall.

4.TouchCutorCopyfromtheeditmenu.Thetextissavedtotheclipboard.

•Topastetext,dothefollowing:

1.Touchandholdtheareawhereyouwanttopastethetextthatyoucutorcopied.Apop-upoptionis

displayed.

2.TouchPastetopastethetext.

Rotatethescreen

Yourtablethasabuilt-inmotionsensorthatsupportsthescreenauto-rotationfeature.Bydefault,this

featureisenabled.Whenyourotatethetablet,thescreenautomaticallyrotatestolandscapeorportraitview.

Todisablethescreenauto-rotationfeature,dooneofthefollowing:

•Pressthescreenrotationlockbuttonfromtherightsideofyourtablet.

•TouchthetimeareafromthesystembarandtouchanywhereintheStatusDetailspaneltoopenthe

QuickSettingspanel.ThentouchLockscreenorientation.

•FromthemainHomescreen,touchtheAndroidSettingsicon

onLenovoLaunchZone,ortouch

theapplicationsiconfromtheactionbarandthentouchSettings.TheAndroidSettingsscreen

opens.ThentouchScreen➙Auto-rotatescreen.

Note:Someapplicationsdonotsupportthescreenauto-rotationfeature.

Theonscreenkeyboardisdisplayedautomaticallyanytimeyouneedtotype.Itautomaticallyrotatestoeither

theportraitorlandscapeviewbasedonthetabletorientation.Usetheonscreenkeyboardtotypetext,

numbers,symbols,andothercharacters.
