isdefective.Theonlyexceptiontothisisifthebatteryisphysicallydamagedoracustomerisreportinga
possiblesafetyissue.
IftheLenovoSolutionCenterprogramisnotinstalledonthecomputer,thecustomershoulddownload
andinstalltheprogramtodiagnosethebattery,beforegettinganon-physicallydamagedbattery
replaced.Notethatthereplacementofaphysicallydamagedbatteryisnotcoveredbythewarranty.
