5.PressF10tosavechangesandexit.
RebuildingRAID1volumes
IfthestatusofaRAID1volumeisFailedorDegraded,youcanrebuilditthroughtheIntelRSTconfiguration
utility.TorebuildaRAID1volume,ensurethatatleastonememberdriveoftheRAID1volumeworks
correctly.ReplacethefaileddrivewithanewonethathasthesamecapacitybeforeyourebuildaRAID
1volume.
TorebuildaRAID1volume,dothefollowing:
1.EntertheIntelRSTconfigurationutility.See“EnteringtheIntelRSTconfigurationutility”onpage.
2.PresstheupanddownarrowkeystoselectthevolumethatyouwanttorebuildunderRAIDVolumes.
PressEntertoopentheRAIDVOLUMEINFOwindow.
3.SelectRebuildandpressEntertoopentheRebuildVolumewindow.
4.SelectthedrivethatyouwanttorebuildandpressEntertoinitiatetherebuildprocess.
Afteryouinitiatetherebuildprocess,theIntel(R)RapidStorageTechnologywindowisdisplayed.The
RAID1volumeunderrebuildingisdisplayedunderRAIDVolumeswithaRebuildingmark.
5.Waitafewminutes.Whentherebuildprocessfinishessuccessfully,theRebuildingmarkischanged
totheNormalmark.
6.PressF10tosavechangesandexit.
