Installingdevicedrivers
Thedevicedriversareavailableathttp://www.lenovo.com/ThinkPadDrivers.Clickyourtabletproduct
nametoviewallthedevicedriversforyourtablet.
Attention:Alwaysgotohttp://www.lenovo.com/ThinkPadDriversforthelatestdevicedrivers.Donot
downloadthemfromtheWindowsUpdateWebsite.
ThinkPadSetup
YourtabletcomeswiththeThinkPadSetupprogramtoenableyoutoselectvarioussetupparameters.
TostarttheThinkPadSetupprogram,dothefollowing:
1.Turnonthetablet.Whenthelogoscreenisdisplayed,pressthepowerbuttontogetherwiththevolume
upbuttonatthesametime.TheThinkPadSetupprogrammainmenuopens.
Note:Ifyouhavesetasupervisorpassword,theThinkPadSetupprogrammainmenuwillbedisplayed
afteryouenterthepassword.YoucanstarttheThinkPadSetupprogrambytappingEnterinstead
ofenteringthesupervisorpasswordontheonscreenkeyboard.However,youcannotchangethe
parametersthatareprotectedbythesupervisorpassword.
2.Taptheitemyouwanttochange.Whentheitemishighlighted,taptheitem.Asubmenuisdisplayed.
3.TapEsctoexitfromthesubmenu.
4.Ifyouareonanestedsubmenu,tapEscrepeatedlyuntilyoureachtheThinkPadSetupprogram
mainmenu.
Note:Ifyouneedtorestorethesettingstotheiroriginalstateasofthetimeofpurchase,tapDefault
toloadthedefaultsettings.YoualsocantapanoptionontheRestartsubmenutoloadthedefault
settingsordiscardthechanges.
5.TapRestart.Taptheoptionyouwantforrestartingyourtablet,thentapEnter.Yourtabletrestarts.

TheMainmenuistherstinterfaceyouseeafteryouentertheThinkPadSetupprogram.Itdisplaysthe
followingcongurationofyourtablet:
