MTMportionofthemachinelabelisa4-digitMTand3-digitmodel,wheremodel=a“fixedpartnumber”,
not“CTO”(Example:1829-F1U).Also,PEW,andeSupportwilllisttheseproductsunderthesamefixed
modelnumber.
FRUidentificationforCTO,CMV,andGAVproducts
TherearetwoinformationresourcestoidentifywhichFRUsareusedtosupportCTO,CMV,andGAV
products.ThesesourcesarePEWandeSupport.
UsingPEW
•PEWistheprimarysourceforidentifyingFRUpartnumbersandFRUdescriptionsforthekeycommodities
forCTO,CMVandGAVproductsataMT-serialnumberlevel.Anexampleofkeycommoditiesarehard
