LenovodoesnotreceivethedefectiveCRUwithinthirty(30)daysofyourreceiptofthereplacementCRU.Seeyour

–Self-serviceCRUs:TheseCRUsunplugorareheldbynomorethantwoscrews.Examplesofthesetypes
ofCRUsincludetheacpoweradapter,powercord,battery,andharddiskdrive.Otherself-serviceCRUs
dependingonproductdesignmightincludethewirelesscard,keyboard,andpalmrestwithfingerprint
readerandtouchpad.
–Optional-serviceCRUs:TheseCRUsareisolatedpartswithinthecomputerthatareconcealedbyanaccess
panelthatistypicallysecuredbymorethantwoscrews.Oncetheaccesspanelisremoved,thespecific
CRUisvisible.
