Theyarehardertotighten.
Eachoneshouldbeusedonlyonce.
Dothefollowingwhenyouservicethismachine:
Keepthescrewkit(fortheP/N,see“Miscellaneousparts”onpage119)inyourtoolbag.
Alwaysusenewscrews.
Useatorquescrewdriverifyouhaveone.
Tightenscrewsasfollows:

Turnanadditional90degreesafterthescrewheadtouchesthesurfaceoftheplasticpart:
Logiccardtoplastic
Turnanadditional180degreesafterthescrewheadtouchesthesurfaceofthelogiccard:
Torquedriver
Ifyouhaveatorquedriver,refertothe“Torque”columnforeachstep.
Makesurethatyouusethecorrectscrew.Ifyouhaveatorquescrewdriver,tightenallscrewsrmlytothe
torqueshowninthetable.Neveruseascrewthatyouremoved.Useanewone.Makesurethatall
ofthescrewsaretightenedrmly.
Ensuretorquescrewdriversarecalibratedcorrectlyfollowingcountryspecications.
