If the upgrade fails or got interrupted, try to manually upgrade the software
again under Device Settings > About Device > Software Update.
Why is the app not functioning normally in my iPad or Android tablet?
The companion app "Lenovo Smart Frame" app can only run on phones,
not tablet.
