GENERAL INFORMATION:

·Never immerse the appliance in water

·Never switch on the appliance if there is no water in the tank

·Always use the appliance on a dry, level and heat-resistant surface away from any

edges

·Ensure hands are dry before using the appliance

·This appliance produces boiling water – ensure the unit is out of reach of

children.

THE APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED

INSTALLATION:

·Before using the appliance, first clean the tank, top cover and body, etc.

·Place the unit upright on a firm and flat surface.

·Plug the appliance into an earthed socket while the unit is switched off.

THE UNIT IS NOW READY TO USE

WARNING:

·The outside of the appliance gets very hot during use. Do not touch the surface.

·Do not remove the top cover while boiling.

·If the appliance is overfilled, boiling water may spill out of the unit.

·This appliance should be for household use only.

·The parts which are easy to touch may become hot,keep them out of the reach of

babies and children.

·This appliance is not intended for use by person(including children)with reduced

physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless

they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a

person responsible for their safety.

·If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger ,please take the damaged

unit to the manufacturer, maintenance department of the manufacturer or a similar

professional department for changing.

HOW TO BOIL WATER: Fill the tank with cold water. There is a maximum level marked on the inside of the tank – do not fill above this mark. Make sure the environmental temperature indoors is at about 10-38 degrees and the environmental humidity is less than 90%.

Wash the tap handle in hot soapy water and rinse. Replace the tap. ·Do not use baking soda to clean the appliance as it can discolor and pit the metal.
