The Car Cassette Adaptor allows you to use your

CD player with your car stereo cassette system

or portable audio cassette player.

Position the Car Cassette Adaptor Cord so that

the cord extends out from the cassette player

when the cassette is inserted (direction

depending on your tape player).

1. If you need to reposition the cord, remove the top plate by removing 2

screws with a dime (see Fig. 1).

2. Reposition the cord to come out of the other side (see Fig. 2).

3. Replace the cover.

4. Replace the screws.

Insert the Car Cassette Adaptor Stereo Plug into your CD players Line

Out or Aux Out Jack. Turn on the cassette player. Press Play on the

cassette player. Press Play on the CD player. Adjust the volume on

your cassette player.

NOTE:NOTE:

NOTE: When done, leave the cassette player on and first eject the

adaptor, then turn off cassette player.

The Car Cassette Adaptor has the play head on one side only.

If you insert the cassette and no sound is heard, press the

reverse button to change direction or reverse the adaptor.

Remove two large screws with a dime

or screwdriver to reposition cord

Move cord to desired position

CAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER POWER ADAPTOR Use the Cigarette Lighter Adaptor to supply power to your CD player and conserve battery life when using the CD player in a car (no batteries are needed). 1. All portable CD players have individual polarity and DC voltage requirements. Refer to your owners manual for the appropriate polarity and DC voltage settings before you use this adaptor.

5. Insert the plug into your portable CD players power input jack. Car Cigarette Lighter Indicator lamp 6. Insert the cigarette lighter adaptor into your cars cigarette lighter. The indicator lamp will light. To avoid potential damage from power surges, always remove the cigarette lighter adaptor from your vehicles cigarette lighter before starting and turning off your vehicle. NOTE: 1. The power adaptor is equipped with a fuse inside the cigarette lighter adaptor.
