Adjustment of the
Io
setpoint
It is
important
that the Io current of the connected asynchronous
machine
is set according to the description
under
chapter
3.7.2
under
code
CO20.

Adjustment of the Imax limit
The torque controller has the same
functions
as the
Imax
limit
controller. The Imax current entered
under
code
CO22 corresponds
to the maximum torque which the motor is able to
perform.
Example:
If
Imax
is set to the rated current of the connected motor, the motor
tan
only be loaded with the rated torque.
If
a
voltage of 1 OV is applied
across
terminals 3 and 4, the torque
setpoint
is
the same as the torque which the motor is able to
provide with the set Imax current.

Adjustment of the torque controller
The torque controller must be set when the drive is
under
load,
provided that there is a rising torque characteristic of the load over
the
Speed.
Set the field frequency
setpoint
for the torque setting.
When
entering
the torque setpoint, a torque reserve must be
provided which depends on the acceleration time and the inertia.
For this,
a
torque
balance
must be established.
After the drive has accelerated to the frequency
setpoint
the
Speed
and thus the output torque
tan
be reduced until the desired
operating
Point
is reached. This is done by reducing the torque
setpoint
at terminals 3 and 4.
