9.1 Setting of the operating mode
9.1.1 Overview
Below the operating modes specified in detail under CANopen are listed:
ƒ Speed control (profile velocity mode)
ƒ Homing (homing mode)
ƒ Positioning (profile position mode)
ƒ Synchronous position selection (interpolated position mode)
ƒ Torque control (profile torque mode)

modes_of_operation can only be used to change the
operating mode and the object 6061

modes_of_operation_display can only
be used to read back the operating mode.
Since changing the operating mode can take some time, you have to wait until
the newly selected mode appears in the modes_of_operation_display object.
During this period it may happen that invalid operating modes are displayed
for a short time.
