6.1.3 Communication time
The communication time is the time between the start of a request and the reception of
the corresponding response.
Tip!
The CAN bus communication times depend on:
Processing time in the device
Telegram runtime (baud rate/telegram length)
Bus load (especially when the bus is loaded with PDOs and SDOs at a low baud
rate.)
Processing time of Servo Drives 9400
There are no dependencies between parameter data and process data.
Parameter data:
For internal controller parameters: approx. 30 ms ± 20 ms tolerance (typical)
The processing time can be longer for some codes.
Process data are transferred in real time.
