Cause Remedy
A safety module is inserted in the regenerative power
supply module. The regenerative power supply module
does not support safety engineering.
Use SM0 module (without safety engineering).
Then, restart the controller.

Cause Remedy
Communication between the regenerative power supply
module and the safety module cannot be established.
Switch off regenerative power supply module, insert
SM0 safety module correctly, and switch on the
regenerative power supply module again.
If the problem occurs again, exchange the SM0 safety
module.

Cause Remedy
CANopen communication module in MXI1: "Bus-off"
state
Too many faulty telegrams received.
Defective cable (e.g. loose contact).
Two nodes with the same ID.
Eliminate disturbances (e.g. EMC).
Remove loose contact, screw down adapter.
Assign different node IDs.
