The code indicates the collision counter of the Managing Node.
The Managing Node detects frame collisions in the EPL segment. This code contains the number of detected
collisions.
Each event is counted. Every single event is followed by an error message. No threshold value management is
implemented.
Due to extended topology options of EPL compared to the standard Ethernet according to IEEE802.3 it is not
mandatory that the Managing Node recognises all collisions that occur in the segment.
