5. Run Mode
1) Long press the touch key for 2s to start the run mode.
Single tap on the touch key to flip through the exercise data.
3) Single tap on the touch key to go to the next mode: Run Mode.
Note:
Data of exercises less than 1 minute will not be saved.
2) Long press the touch key for 2s to quit the walk mode.
The following data is displayed after the exercise is ended:
