Compatibility
Before using this product, make sure your device
supports wireless charging. This product is suitable
for phones from 2.2 inches to 3.4 inches wide,
including Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 edge/S8/S8
edge/S9, iPhone 8/8 Plus/X and other Qi-compatible
devices with similar sizes.
Qi Fast Charging
This product supports fast wireless charging. To
begin fast wireless charging, place a mobile device
that supports fast wireless charging on the phone
cradle. Quick charge 2.0/3.0 car charger (not
included) is required for fast wireless charging.

Power Indicator
Disconnect the wireless car charger mount from
the power source.
1) Pass the fixed nut through the ball-joint of the
air vent clamp (the smaller end is pointing to the
ball-joint of the air vent clamp). Then insert the
ball-joint of the air vent clamp into the back hole
of the phone cradle.
2) Screw the fixed nut clockwise to fix the air vent clamp
on the back of the phone cradle.
Please note:
Please adjust the viewing angle before screwing the
fixed nut. If you adjust the viewing angle when the fixed
nut is fully tightened, the air vent blade may be
damaged.
Tip: The advanced air vent clamp supports 360-degree
rotation, which can fit for different types of air vent
in the car.
2) Screw the fixed nut clockwise to fix the car phone
mount on the back of the phone cradle.
The suction cup mount is optional. If the package you
choose contains this accessory. Please read the
following instructions before using it,
1) Pass the fixed nut through the ball-joint of suction cup
mount (the smaller end is pointing to the ball-joint of
the air vent clamp). Then insert the ball-joint of the car
phone mount into the back hole of the phone cradle.
6) Unscrew the telescopic knob and pivot knob
counter-clockwise to adjust the car phone mount
according to your needs.
7) If you want to remove the car phone mount from the
dashboard or windshield, pull up the locking lever
and the suction cup will be unsecured. Then pull the
tab of the suction cup and remove the mount away
from the mounting area.
Please note:
1) The suction cup mount supports 360-degree rotation.
You can adjust the phone cradle for an optimal
viewing angle.
2) If the suction cup is not sticky enough, rinse it with
warm water and dry it naturally.
3) Plug the small end of the USB Type-C cable
(included) into the Type-C port on the phone
cradle. Plug the other end into the car charger that
supports fast charging.
6) If you want to take your phone out of the
phone cradle, tap the touchable release
button on the lower left corner of the phone
cradle and the locking side arms will open.
A: 1) Please check if your phone supports fast wireless
charging and the car charger you use supports the
QC2.0/3.0 protocol.
2) Please confirm that your phone is attached tightly
to the charging area on the device (within 6mm
charging sensing distance).
Q4: Infrared sensing of this product is not sensitive?
A: Please check the following points:
1) Confirm that the sensing distance is within 10cm.
2) Check if the infrared sensing area is blocked by
any foreign materials.

When you are using the advanced air vent clamp
(optional accessory), please remember to use the holder
on the clamp to secure the wireless car charger mount
on the air vent.

3) Select a smooth dashboard or windshield mounting
area without obscuring your driving sight. Wipe the
mounting area to remove dust or debris on its
surface.
4) Tear off the protective cover on the suction cup of
the mount and press the sticky side firmly against
the mounting area.
5) Pull down the locking lever to fix the car phone
mount on the mounting area.

The best charging location
for your phone varies
depending on the size of your
phone. You can align the
center charging area of your
phone with the charging area
on the phone cradle through
adjusting the bottom bracket
up and down.
1) Unscrew the foot knob on the
back of the phone cradle
counter-clockwise to adjust
the height of the bottom
bracket.
2) Screw the foot knob on the
back of the phone cradle
clockwise to fix the bottom
bracket .
Tip: There is a scale on the back of the bottom bracket.
You can adjust the bottom bracket according to the
following references,

Q1: Can this product work normally after
disconnecting the power source?
A: 1) After disconnecting the device from the power
source, this product cannot charge your phone. But
the supercapacitor in this product can still activate
the telescopic arms to work about 10 times.
2) When the power in the supercapacitor has been
exhausted, this product will stop working. Please
reconnect the device to the power to take out your
phone.
Q2: Why can't my phone be charged?
A: Please check the following points:
1) Check if your phone supports wireless charging.
2) Confirm that the device is connected to a power
source.
3) Remove any materials that may obstruct the
charging process such as key ring, metal phone
case, metal plate, magnetic card, etc. from the
back of your phone.
4) Please ensure that the thickness of your phone
case is within 6mm. Using an ultra-thick phone
case may affect the wireless charging function
5) Check if the wireless charging area of your phone
is aligned with the charging area of this device.
Use the bottom bracket on the device to adjust.
