Lifetime Limited Warranty:
For the original purchaser only, Elexa Consumer Products, Inc. (ECP) will repair or replace this product at any
time if, due to defective parts or faulty workmanship, it does not perform as speci ed. Repair and replacement
is limited to the components of the product that are defective or damaged due to faulty workmanship. In no
event does this warranty apply if the product is damaged through abnormal use, misuse, mishandling, faulty
installation, neglect, accident or tampering. This warranty does not cover labor costs incurred in installation
or reinstallation of the product, repair or replacement costs of any property other than the defective part(s),
or costs of shipping damaged or defective parts to ECP. To make a claim under this limited warranty, contact
ECP Customer Service by telephone (
1-888-229-1459 ) or email ([e-mail]) for in-
structions on sending damaged parts and required documentation. All warranty claims must be accompanied
by a legible copy of the original receipt showing date and particulars of purchase.
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO OTHER PERSON OR REPRESENTATIVE IS AUTHO-
RIZED TO MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY ON BEHALF OF ECP OR ASSUME FOR ECP AN

Protection Guarantee:
For the original purchaser only, in addition to our Lifetime Limited Warranty, Elexa Consumer Products, Inc.
(ECP) will pay the cost of repair or replacement of any property damaged as a result of failure of this prod-
uct to perform as specified as a result of defective parts or faulty workmanship, up to two thousand dol-
lars for any ECP mount 47” and below ($2,000.00) and up to five thousand dollars for any ECP mount
above 47” ($5,000.00), freight and other ancillary costs of repair or replacement. This Protection Guaran-
tee applies only to property damage as a result of defective parts or faulty workmanship, and does not
apply to damage resulting from faulty installation (including but not limited to failure to install in accor-
dance with all instructions), abnormal use, misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, weather, acts of God
or tampering with the product. ECP will determine, in its sole discretion, whether to repair or replace dam-
aged property, and reserves the right to require the use of specified service professionals to make repairs.

888-229-1459) or email ([e-mail]) for instructions. All claims must be accompanied
by a legible copy of the original product receipt showing date and particulars of purchase; ECP may require
additional documentation (including but not limited to photographs, repair estimates and copies of receipts
and invoices for repaired or replaced property), and no claim will be paid until all required documentation has
been provided. [Customers receiving payment under this Protection Guarantee may be required to release
ECP in writing from any further liability for damages.]
THIS PROTECTION GUARANTEE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, AND DOES NOT REPLACE OR ALTER THE
TERMS AND LIMITATIONS OF ECP’S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PROD-
UCT. ASIDE FROM THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COSTS SPECIFIED IN THIS PROTECTION GUAR-
ANTEE, IN NO EVENT WILL ECP BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAM-
AGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

Solo cuando se trate del comprador original, Elexa Consumer Products, Inc. (ECP) reparará o sustituirá en
cualquier momento este producto si, debido a defectos en las piezas o en la fabricación, no funciona con-
forme a lo especi cado. Solo se repararán y sustituirán los componentes del producto defectuosos o daña-
dos por defecto de fábrica. Esta garantía será considerada nula en caso de que el producto presente daños
por uso inadecuado, mal uso, descuido, instalación incorrecta, negligencia, accidente o modi cación. Esta
garantía no cubre los gastos de mano de obra derivados de la instalación o reinstalación del producto, ni los
costos de reparación o sustitución de cualquier producto que no sean las piezas defectuosas, ni los gastos
de envío a ECP de las piezas dañadas o defectuosas. Si desea presentar una reclamación amparándose
en esta garantía limitada, póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al consumidor de ECP llamando
al 1-888-229-1459 o enviando un mensaje de correo electrónico a la dirección Customersupport@elexausa.
com y le indicaremos cómo enviar las piezas dañadas y la documentación necesaria. Todas las reclama-
ciones de garantía deberán venir acompañadas de una copia legible de la factura original del producto, en
donde se indique la fecha de adquisición y el detalle de factura.
ESTA GARANTÍA NO
ES TRANSFERIBLE Y SUSTITUYE A CUALQUIER GARANTÍA, IMPLÍCITA O EX-
PLÍCITA, INCLUIDAS LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD Y ADECUACIÓN A UNA
FINALIDAD DETERMINADA. NINGUNA OTRA PERSONA NI REPRESENTANTE ESTÁ AUTORIZADO A
EMITIR NINGUNA OTRA GARANTÍA EN NOMBRE DE ECP NI A ASUMIR EN SU NOMBRE NINGUNA RE-
SPONSABILIDAD RELACIONADA CON LA COMERCIALIZACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO. ECP NO SE HACE
RESPONSABLE DE NINGÚN TIPO DE DAÑOS FORTUITOS, CUANTIFICABLES Y EMERGENTES
DERIVADOS DEL USO O DE LA INCAPACIDAD DE USO DEL PRODUCTO.

Solamente para el comprador original, ademas de nuestra garantía limitada de por vida, Elexa Consumer Prod-
ucts, Inc. (ECP) pagará el coste de la reparación o cámbio de cualquier propiedad dañada a consecuencia de
un fallo de funcionamiento de este producto según se especifica como resultado de una pieza defectuosa o de
manodeobra,hastaunmáximodedosmildolaresporcualquiermontajeECPde 47”omenos($2,000.00)yhasta
cinco mil dolares por cualquier montaje ECP mayor de 47” ($5,000.00), transporte y cualquier otro gasto relacio-
nado con la reparación o el cámbio. Esta garantía de protección solo es applicable a la propiedad dañada como
resultado de piezas o mano de obra defectuosas, y no es applicable a daños producidos como consecuencia
de una mala instalación ( incluyendo pero no limatada a la instalación sin seguir todas las instrucciones) , uso
anormal, uso no especificado, mal manejo, negligencia, accidentes, el tiempo, actos de fuerza mayor o cuan-
do se ha desmontado el producto. ECP determinará, bajo su sola discrección, si repara o cambia la propiedad
dañada, y se reserva el derecho a requerir el servicio específico de profesionales para realizar la reparación.
Para hacer una
reclamación bajo esta Garantía de Protección, contacte con el Servicio Técnico al consu-
midor ECP al teléfono (1-888-229-1459) o envienos un e-mail ([e-mail]) para
recibir instrucciones. Todas las reclamaciones deberan ir acompañadas por una copia legible del recibo de la
compra original con la fecha y los detalles; ECP podría requerir documentación adicional (incluyendo pero
no limitada a fotografias, estimación del coste de la reparación y fecha y copias de recibos y facturas de la
reparación o cámbio de la propiedad), no se pagará ninguna reclamación hasta que toda la documentación
requerida haya sido provista. [ A los consumidores que reciban pagos bajo esta Garantía de Protección se les
podría requerir que liberaran a EPC de cualquier subsiguiente responsabilidad por daños].
