RE: North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and American Recovery and Reinvestment
Act (ARRA) Compliant Products
The following list of Leviton products conform to NAFTA and/or ARRA guidelines:
Where to use:
 NAFTA specific project
o Require NAFTA compliant products.
 ARRA stimulus funded project
o Project less than $7.443M must use ARRA (made in USA) compliant products.
o Projects over $7.443M, ARRA permits use of NAFTA compliant products.
**Please refer to the documentation specific to your project as requirements vary from state to state.
Ordering NAFTA
 NAFTA products are a manual order process.
 Submit your order to customer service using the Cat No. and specify product is to be NAFTA
compliant.
 Customer service will then allocate the order to DC 18 where all NAFTA products are stocked.
 To assist customer service you can provide the NAFTA specific San listed in the chart below but
it is not a requirement.
Ordering ARRA
 ARRA products are an automated process.
 Submit your order to customer service using the correct Made in USA Cat No. and specific
product is to be ARRA compliant.
