Anywhere Switch Companion (works with Wi-Fi 2nd Gen)
APPLICATION
The Decora Smart® Anywhere Switch Companion
pairs wirelessly with your Decora Smart Wi-Fi®
2nd Generation devices to provide additional ON/
OFF lighting control locations wherever you need it
most such as at the base of a staircase, the end of
a hallway or open areas with multiple entrances like
a large kitchen or family room. Mount it directly on
the wall surface or at an existing single or multi-gang
wallbox – no wiring is required.
The Decora Smart Anywhere Switch Companion is
the perfect solution for locations where wiring or a
wallbox with a traveler wire may not be present. For
added convenience, you can even control Decora
Smart Wi-Fi 2nd Gen Mini Plug-Ins to add a wall
mounted switch to control your connected plug-in
lamps, electronics, or small appliances.
It is easy to pair the Anywhere Switch Companion
with a Decora Smart 2nd Gen Dimmer or Switch for
additional ON/OFF control, such as at the base of
a staircase (see diagram on page 2), or to pair the
Anywhere Switch Companion with a Decora Smart
Mini Plug-In to add ON/OFF control to any indoor wall
surface (see diagram on page 2).
Once installed, the Anywhere Switch Companion visually
matches your other Decora Smart Wi-Fi devices and
features familiar ON/OFF control. Press the top of the
rocker switch to turn ON, press the bottom of the rocker
switch to turn OFF.
