Leviton warrants to the original consumer purchaser and not for the benefit of anyone else that this product at the time of its sale by Leviton is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for five years from the

of this product or reinstallation. This warranty is void if this product is installed improperly or in an improper environment, overloaded, misused, opened, abused, or altered in any manner, or is not used under normal operating conditions or not in
accordance with any labels or instructions. There are no other or implied warranties of any kind, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, but if any implied warranty is required by the applicable jurisdiction, the duration
of any such implied warranty, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to five years. Leviton is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damage to,

TO AVOID FIRE, SHOCK, OR DEATH, UNPLUG CORD OR TURN OFF POWER at circuit
breaker or fuse and test that power is off before installing, removing or servicing luminaire!
1. Pull power cable from a nearby switch or dimmer location and install a direct wire
junction box (sold separately) per manufacture's instructions in or below the cabinets.
2. Remove the two screws from the input side of the driver and lift off cover.
3. Unscrew the line and neutral terminals and remove power cord.
4. Identify the line and neutral conductors of the direct wire linking cable (included). The
outer jacket of the line conductor will be smooth and the neutral side will be ribbed.
5. Connect the line (smooth) and neutral (ribbed) conductors of the direct wire linking
cable to the line and neutral terminals on the input side of the driver.
6. Replace cover on the input side of the driver and tighten screws.
7. Mount the driver next to the direct wire junction box and connect the direct wire linking
cable to the quick connect of the direct wire junction box.
8. Mount luminaire (see mounting section).
9. Connect the micro-USB cable from the driver to the skyblade luminaire or micro-USB
touch dimmer.
NOTE: If driver is mounted inside the cabinet, feed the micro-USB cable through a
5/8 in. (1.58 cm) diameter hole in the base of the cabinet.
NOTE: DO NOT use the micro-USB touch dimmer if controlled by a wall box dimmer.
10. Secure all cables underneath cabinet using the provided cable clips.

1. Mount the driver to the underside of the cabinet.
2. Mount luminaire (see mounting section).
3. Connect the micro-USB cable from the driver to the skyblade luminaire or micro-USB
touch dimmer.
NOTE: DO NOT use the micro-USB touch dimmer if controlled by a wall box dimmer.
4. Secure all cables underneath cabinet using the provided cable clips.

• If you are unsure about any part of these instructions, consult an electrician.
• Use this device with copper or copper clad wire only.
NOTES:

The micro-USB sockets fitted to this device MUST only be used to connect the driver, and to
daisy-chain other similar luminaires together.

Read the instructions and check if you have all the tools and accessories required for proper
installation

The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of
life, the whole luminaire MUST be replaced
.

MOUNTING
In order for this luminaire to function as it has been designed it is important to mount
with the correct orientation.
