Symptom: The WiFi icon on my LĒVO is visible but
I am not connected on my mobile device.
You may need to reset LĒVO’s WiFi and reconnect.
Step 1. Press and hold the ACTIVATE + START/PAUSE
buttons on the LĒVO Infüs Lux unit keypad until the
WiFi icon disappears.
Step 2. Power OFF the LĒVO unit and unplug the
power cord from the outlet to reset the WiFi
connection. Wait at least 30 seconds.
Step 3. Power the LĒVO back on and check if the WiFi
symbol reappears. If the symbol stays invisible, go to
step 4. If the symbol reappears, repeat steps 1 and 2.
Step 4.
Navigate to the Remote Control screen in the
LĒVO app. If the status in the upper corner says
Connected/Disconnected, click on the button and
select "Yes" to reconfigure the app with your LĒVO unit.
Step 5. If/when the Remote Control screen says
“Connect My LĒVO,” follow the “Connect My LĒVO”
prompts to finish configuring.
Symptom: When I connect to LĒVO’s WiFi network in
my phone's settings, it says “No Internet Connection.
This is normal and how it is supposed to be. LĒVO
broadcasts a closed WiFi network and is not
connected to the broader internet. After selecting
your LĒVO WiFi network in your mobile device WiFi
settings, return back to the app to connect to your
local WiFi as the final step in the process.
