Insert the battery into the battery door,
whilst ensuring that the ‘+’ side faces up.
Do not force the battery into the battery
drawer. If the battery does not want to go
into the battery drawer or the battery door
does not want to close, it is most likely
that the battery is facing the wrong way.
Once the battery door is closed, you
will hear a voice prompt indicating the
default listening environment that
your hearing aid is currently set to e.g.
‘Program 1’. Thereafter, your hearing
aid will start working. Hold the hearing
aid close to your ear in order to hear this
voice prompt.

Remove the sticker found on the positive
side of your 312 battery. Only remove this
sticker once you are ready to use the
battery. Zinc-air batteries are activated
by air. For best results, wait 2-3 minutes
before inserting the battery, in order to
give it a chance to activate.
