Problem Solution
Intermittent or no sound coming
from the hearing aid
1. Make sure the hearing aid is
switched on.
2. Remove any moisture / wax
blockages from the slim tube.
3. Check the battery life of your
hearing aid in the Lexie app
and replace the battery if
necessary.
Whistling or feedback
1. Ensure that your slim tube and
dome fits correctly in your ear.
2. Ensure that your dome
completely seals your ear canal.
Hearing aid sounds quiet / Hearing
aid does not sound clear
1. Check the battery life of your
hearing aid in the Lexie app
and replace the battery if
necessary.
2. Ensure that your slim tube and
dome are free from wax and
moisture by making use of the
cleaning tools provided.
