Note:
Make sure to handle your hearing aid over a soft surface during the
cleaning process in order to prevent damage to the hearing aid, should
you drop it.
Caution:
If you do not follow the list below you may damage your hearing
device and accessories during cleaning.
Do not immerse your hearing device in water or liquid, even
when cleaning.
Follow the recommended cleaning guidelines to clean your
hearing aid.
Do not bend the slim tube and dome back and forth to
remove it.
Do not use the cleaning wire while the slim tube is connected to
the hearing device.
Do not use alcohol to clean your dome.
Do not use sharp tools to dislodge ear wax.
If your physician prescribes ear drops, clean any moisture that
may get into the slim tube.
