What is a drying capsule?
How do I use a drying capsule?
Drying capsules are used to prolong the lifespan
of your hearing aid by drawing moisture from it.
Two drying capsules are supplied in your Lexie
hearing aid box.
Find an airtight container that can hold your hearing aid and
one drying capsule. Ensure that the container you choose fits
your hearing aid comfortably but that it is not too large. A smaller
container will prolong the lifespan of the drying capsule.
When ready to use, remove the drying capsule from its
packaging. DO NOT remove the white paper seal from the back
of the drying capsule.
Open the airtight container and place the drying capsule inside
this container with the white paper seal of the drying capsule
facing upwards.
