Don’ts
Wear your hearing aid every day for as long as possible.
Clean your hearing aid regularly.
Store your hearing aid correctly in order to prolong the lifespan of
your hearing aid.
Ensure that you have spare hearing aid batteries with you at all
times.
Contact the Lexie contact centre with any questions or concerns.
We are here to assist you 5 days a week.
Do not drop your hearing aid or knock it against hard surfaces.
Do not expose your hearing aid to excessive heat.
Do not apply any type of hair products (such as hair spray, gel or
dry shampoo) to your hair, whilst wearing your hearing aid. Your
hearing aid can become clogged and cease to function properly.
