Using the Lexie App
Download the Lexie App
Your Lexie hearing aid works hand in hand with the Lexie App. This
app needs to be downloaded onto your smartphone in order for you
to complete your hearing check and to set up your Lexie hearing aid
according to your hearing check results. The Lexie App is compatible
with both iOS and Android operating systems.
The Lexie App is used to set up and make
adjustments on your hearing aid.
Go to your Google Play Store or Apple App
store.
Type “Lexie” into the search box.
Tap to download the app.
Stay on this screen while the app downloads
and once available, the “download” button will
turn into an “Open app” button.
Once you have tapped to open the app, follow the setup
instructions presented to you in the app. Remember to accept
all app permissions if prompted and ensure that your mobile
device’s Bluetooth is switched on.
