Set up your Lexie profile
Follow the onboarding process
Once you have successfully downloaded
the Lexie App, you will be required to create
a profile in order to set up your new Lexie
hearing aid.
Please complete the required fields and
create a password. Ensure that you keep this
password safe. Creating a profile helps us
protect your data.
After successfully creating a profile, you will be required to complete
the onboarding process in order to set up your new Lexie hearing
aid. Follow the instructions carefully. If at any stage in the onboarding
process you require more clarity, refer to section one of this user
manual.
