Connect your hearing aid to your smartphone
Once you have completed
the onboarding process, you
will be required to connect
your Lexie hearing aid to your
smartphone. Ensure that
your Bluetooth is switched on
during this process and that
your hearing aid is in close
proximity to your smartphone.
Follow the instructions
presented in the app on your
smartphone.

Note:
Your hearing aid needs to be programmed according to your hearing
check results. Therefore, the hearing aid will not provide optimal benefit
until you have completed this step.
If you experience difficulty connecting your hearing aids to your
smartphone via Bluetooth, replace your hearing aid battery with a new
one. This may occur if your hearing aid battery is nearly flat, even if your
hearing aid still switches on.
