A 200, 201 or 209 Check Tray 1 message indicates the paper jammed from tray 1.
1 Remove tray 1 and look inside the opening for the paper jam.
2 Pull the jammed paper toward you and discard it.
3 Reinstall the tray and press Go to resume printing.
